GivingTuessday 2023

GivingTuesday is a special day of giving for people to give to organizations they care about—and we hope you’ll show your support for Bethlehem House of Bread so together we can make sure our neighbors get access to enough food.

For the last several months, we’re not getting the volume of food we need from our usual partners to keep up with demand. And combined with rising food prices, this has forced us to reduce the number of times in a month pantry guests can shop with us—a 50% reduction in food support for them. We hope this is temporary.

The money you donate on GivingTuesday will enable us to purchase priority food and other essentials to fill our shelves. Plus, it will provide funds to purchase more diverse and specialty foods for our successful Food For All program, as well as expand the program to include recipes, cooking demos, educational materials and workshops to help pantry guests make informed choices about the food they eat.
