The Who, When & Where
Harriet Ottaviano has been serving as an OSU Extension Service Master Gardener volunteer since 2010. She has volunteered extensively with the Washington County Master Gardener Association. In addition, she has shared her knowledge about roses by giving tours of the Washington Park International Rose Test Garden in Portland, Oregon.
